Our property management quota per agent is capped at 100 properties. This is to ensure that our property management team can always facilitate the delivery of a world-class service. We use the best Property Management software where you can access the online “Managed App” portal include:

• The current financial status of all your properties at you finder tips
• Daily disbursements into your wallet – no waiting for the fortnightly or monthly transfers!
• All your properties can be view on Managed App
• All historical statements and copies of attached bills
• Photos and details relating to the property and tenancy and routine inspections.

This can be complex, especially when you own multiple properties. Income statements, balance sheets, general ledgers, delinquency reports and lease audits sound alien to a lay man. Our Portal Access through the “Managed App “data base makes this process easy to access and navigate. We conduct our inspections every 3-4 months guaranteed. You are more than welcome to come to these inspections, otherwise a detailed report will be loaded to the Managed App portal that you can view at any time.

Any property irrespective of the age needs periodic maintenance work. We are highly experienced at identifying maintenance problems before they escalate into expensive repairs and can provide you exceptionally low service costs. Also keep you informed of any changes to the legislation that may relate to your property.

Our marketing cost are minimal, and we still use professional photographers to show your property in its best light and keeping your vacancy rate low including virtual staging if required. Once your renter has given us their Notice to Vacate you will be notified and if you would like to have your house re-advertised, we will have it back on the internet and the process to find you a new renter begins again.
